Fantastic Rally. Bob and Cindy have done a great job! Thank you both very much.

From all of us at the Charleston Rally!
P.s. you could turn the heat up a bit outside today, though!

My first FROG rally and it has exceeded my expectations. Thank you Bob and Cindi as well as all the participants that have made us feel so welcome.

Should not have read these posts. We're jealous. Had planned on attending, then my daughter decided to come to the states (she works in Indonesia). SWMBO and I are trying to clear the clutter so she and her family can get in our house.

Tanglewood Park near Winston-Salem NC has similar light display (actually about 3 miles of lights winding through the park. So we'll be driving through with our grandchildren (ages 3 and 1). Can't wait to see their faces as they take in the lights.

For all at Charleston - know our hearts are with you even though we're still here in Greensboro!

We have (as always) a wonderful group of FROGs on this trip. Smoky Oak did a great job with our welcome dinner on Sunday, and the park hosts, who also do so much work on setting up the light display, have gone above and beyond the call on our breakfasts.

Monday was a beautiful day for the horse (or mule)-drawn carriage tours of the historic downtown peninsula and our cruise on Charleston Harbor to visit Fort Sumter.

Camping World, which is a Forest River dealer, is providing us with an unexpected dinner and trivia contest with prizes this evening. Tomorrow it's supposed to warm up again for our trip to Boone Hall Plantation, the aircraft carrier Yorktown at Patriot's Point, and dinner at Hyman's Seafood House.

We'll post some pix soon.

Great rally! Our thanks to Bob & Cindy. Only bad part was having to pack up and leave.
Hope round 2 is as good, but I can't imagine it won't be.
