Day 5, Donuts, Coffee and Departure

The last day of the Ashtabula Covered Bridge Festival Campout started out with a beautiful sunrise. I know this because DW and I had to get up early to get the donuts (perhaps 14 dozen WAS a few too many). Some FROGs had already departed after saying their farewells the night before. Many stopped by to say "see you at the next event" and to share in the coffee and donuts. Until we see you again . . . Gary and Donna Bly, Hosts.

Astabula Covered Bridge Festival

First let me say THANK YOU Gary & Donna you guys did a great job of putting this Rally together. the food and entertainment was great. Kathie and I spend a lot of time with our new friends we met at Goshen ( Bill & Maura) and visit lots of covered bridges and wineries. We met some great new Frogy members and exchange address and phone numbers it was a great Rally. The weather could not have been any better, Gary and Donna must have ordered that for us too. Trees was in full colored. we hope everyone had a save journey home or where ever you went after. Hope to see everyone at Goshen if not sooner. Also thanks John for being our tour guide. Again Thank you Gary & Donna.

Gary & Donna, the two of you did a great job with everything that went on this past week. It's more then I would want to tackle. Good meals, entertainment, and doughnuts.

Most went to wineries, or to see the covered bridges. Our traveling partner wanted to feed Alpaca's. I have the pictures to prove it. I won't say who it was, is that okay Dutch !

And no, Maura has not found our tickets yet....

Well done,

Bill & Maura

Thanks to Gary and Donna Bly for organizing and hosting such a great event! It sounds as if everyone had a wonderful time, and the beautiful weather and spectacular color were added bonuses.

Thank You

Larry and I wanted to say Thank you for putting together a great outing. We so enjoyed our time. Making new friends and meeting up with old friends. Everything went smoothly (at least what we saw) and was well planned.

We would like to say thanks to everyone who attend, what a great group of people. You guys are what we hoped camping would be about. Thanks~~
