So they don't have a specific date to open registration so do I have to get the website everyday? Is there any other way?

They have a goal date for opening registration but there's a lot to do before they pull the trigger. I got an email from the Forest River Owners Group - The official owner's group of Forest River RV, manufacturer of world-class recreational vehicles. site telling me when registration was open. I saw the email on my phone and stopped beside the highway to register on my laptop.

As the first person to sign up for the rally last year, a date range for sign up will be given well in advance.

... and you're saying you can't get any helpful information here without receiving an email? I receive NO post-driven email notifications and I get plenty of useful information.

Personally, this rally is my chance to escape and I am looking forward to attending. For that reason, I am OK with the "excited utterances" it generates.
I understand your problem with too many emails. I work for a multi-national company that has to get business done 24/7 world-wide. I unsubscribe to this thread prior to the start of my work-week so my phone does not alert during a meeting.
The count-down ensures that when I do look at the forums for the latest posts, this thread will be included in the recent list of things that I want to follow.
For me, it is all about using the tools that I have. If the only tool I have is a hammer, the whole world is a nail... LOL
Safe travels...

The number of optional tours has been increased to 12 from 9 for this year. The descriptions are posted on the FROG website, www.forestriverfrog.com, under the "News" tab.
We're currently working with vendors on setting up seminars, and will also have non-vendors, like Brian Moran from Forest River Service and Warranty, doing more of his excellent "Know Your Stuff" presentations.
I'm working with Forest River's Corporate Web Team to re-vamp the registration process for this year. Last year we had a two step process that created some confusion, require duplication of entries, and forced a lot of intervention to coordinate information from multiple systems that didn't "talk" with one another. We're working on a new process that we believe will be simpler and will result in not having to go to multiple sites and enter repetitive information.
We're still targeting opening registration during the first week of April, and will put out an e-mail blast as well as links from the FR Forums and the Facebook page to instructions on where to go and what to do when registration opens.
We'll keep you posted.

Well - I just firmed up 8/4 & 8/5 at Shipshewana CG - South in Shipshewana, IN so I'll be only 15 miles from Goshen on check-in day.... Plus - I'll have time to get coach in shape - drain grey/blk tanks, fill freshwater tank, vacuum inside, maybe even give it a wash as well....

That shouldn't take two full days. Come on over and do mine, too!

That's what I plan on doing but first I have to make sure that I can get in the rally. I plan on staying three or four days before the rally a few days after the rally at another campground. I like the area and I would like to take a few more factory tours. There is sure a lot of rv factory's there plus there is food, good places to eat
