We did not move fast enough to make the rally but we did learn that the longest duration point of the eclipse is located on top of a winery in southern Illinois. We found a private campground within the eclipse nearby and plan on making a short drive to do a picnic at the winery as they are doing a big event for it.
Might have to buy a touch of the grape while we are there.
