Has anyone or everyone heard of Billy Gails???? they have the bestest breakfast in town!! We will make it out there.... well at least once.

Less than 10 miles away and using the "by-passes"; sounds like a mini-road trip to me. Just have to convince Ralphie  .

I sent an email to everyone attending the rally regarding the a Potluck Dinner on our last night, June 5.
I have already had responses promising a family favorite cucumber salad and two desserts.
Can't wait to see what others are going to bring.

Billy Gail's is on MO 265 near Compton Ridge and Wilderness campgrounds. Great breakfasts -- and huge! There's not much parking, and you might have to wait a while, but it's worth the wait. We ended up meeting a very nice couple and having breakfast with them.

Every time I make Joyce go on a roller coaster with me, those high pitched girlie screams hurt my ears. Joyce has threatened to quit going on coasters with me unless I quit screaming like that.

Oh my, that looked awesome!!! It's been a long time since we've ridden a coaster, Oakman. Maybe we should try ear plugs. And blind folds. Maybe we should just sit on a bench and watch it.

The final numbers are in and we have 33 rigs with 67 people coming to the FROG rally in Branson. I'm looking forward to seeing old FROG friends and making more new ones. I will be emailing a rally itinerary to everyone either later today or tomorrow.

Thank you bodzcampers, I'm sure everyone will have a good time. Branson has something for everyone with the possible exception of gamblers. No casinos in Branson.
Bobfidy, I sure hope you wear that outfit for the Hillbilly Show that you wore in the picture you sent me. You're bound to win a prize.
There are a number of ziplines in the Branson area and a new one at Branson Landing that looks like it's perfect for an old man like me. For those who want a real zipline thrill, the extreme zipline from the top of Inspiration Tower at Shepherd of the Hills is probably the highest and fastest in the area. It's 170 feet high, 1/2 mile long, and you reach speeds of 50 MPH on the way down. It not a cheap ride though.

We were in Branson last year during May. My wife and daughter rode this one. They were the only ones the day they went.
