Yes Scott, we worked together, he reported to me for many years until I retired last year.

Hi All
Dutch & I so enjoyed meeting you all at the rally. Everyone was so welcoming to we "SOB's-Some Other Brand". We did enjoy our table mates and those who stopped by our site. I think we were one of the very few who actually stay in the same site they reserved.
It was nice to hear so many good things about the Forrest River product line and I thank those who gave me a tour of theirs.
It was also lovely having everyone sing Happy Birthday to me on the 22nd. I never had so many people sing to me---ever!
I'm sorry we had to leave before the rally was over but somethings things do happen & timing will cause us to change our plans.
I'm sure that with the camaraderie of this group and the fun things offered to do, this won't be the last "Annual California Rally" Hugs, Di

Just wanted to thank everyone for coming and hope all enjoyed their time at the California Dreamin' Campout.

I have to admit I was a little lost trying to remember user names, real names, email names and not to mention half of us all shared the same first names haha.

It was a pleasure meeting all of you and I hope to see you on the road sometime.

Cheers and safe travels!
Ron

Left Friday evening about 8PM.

Drove to Bakersfield. Clear sailing, as the work traffic had diminished, but rain most of the way to Bakersfield.

Tanked up in Bakersfield about Midnight, and headed out for Chino Valley. Up to Tahachapi, over to Barstow, and then on to AZ on I-40. Again rain most of the way, UNTIL we pulled out of Kingman. Was surprised that there was no rain. There was SNOW. Drove in the snow from just east of Kingman until we turned off I-40 in Ash Fork. I would imagine at the rate it was coming down, had we been a few hours later, we would not have gotten through.

Pulled into Chino Valley at 9AM, so as we figured, a 13 hour run.

Glad to hear you made it home safe and sound. Funny thing is the KOA called me at around 5pm tonight and wanted your phone number because you left your rv in space 156.

You didn't forget something did you

He was too busy collecting water pressure regulators and forgot to hitch up.

You people are a riot! LOL

Yes, received a call from the KOA telling me that my RV was in space 156, and I'd have to pay for another day.

Told them that the RV must have cloned itself, because one of them is sitting in my yard.

Sounds like someone didn't update the computer when the new occupant checked in, or someone is looking for a little "free" camping. and now has a Gotcha.

RodeoGeorge

OBTW, there weren't any regulators left when I checked before leaving. Darn efficient people.

That makes it even more funny. They called me to get your phone number, which I didn't have. Then they called you at a number they didn't have. Makes me wonder if there was really a RV in the space.

Might want to double check and make sure you have the right trailer! Haha!
