Cedar Creek RV owners Club

Hello All,
Just wondering if there is a advantage or perk to join ($25.00) this club? I became a member of the FROG, just don't see anything about this club that i would get out of it.

I am not a member but do know a lot of their group because of FROG, they are a good group of folks with a lot of great information and know how ( not to mention connections at the factory) that might be helpful later. They do offer some great rallies if that's what your in to and also their own forum board if you join. They were formed before FROG was and at one time probably offered the most knowledge of the units outside of the factory. You can always join for a year and then if not what you expected let your membership expire.

I hope good thinking, I wouldn't want to discourage folks from joining, we no longer own a Cedar Creek so we can not join but we are always WELCOMED at any of their events.

I am a member of both FROG and Cedar Creek RV Owner's club. FROG is for all Forest River models whereas CCRVOC is strictly for Cedar Creek. It's a great group of people who all love Cedar Creek trailers and get together as often as possible.

The $25 annual fee is well worth the info in the forums and collective knowledge of its members.

Of course, I am biased because I belong. If you would like to discuss anything specific PM me and we can talk.

Here is an excerpt from the ccrvoc website

Membership benefits include:
  1. Yearly CCRVOC International Rally
  2. CCRVOC Regional Rallies in your area
  3. Embroidered rally patches
  4. CCRVOC discussion forum
  5. Travel caravans to rallies
  6. Informative seminars
  7. Vendor presentations
  8. Social interaction with the Cedar Creek Family

I am a member of the Cedar Creek Owners Group. I think I get more out of this forum, Cedar Creek section.

We purchased our 2018 Cedar Creek Hathaway addition in July. We was at a frog rally in Amana Iowa and I was going to join and didn't realize I had to pay. Maybe I will join now that I hear about different types of information. We are planning to go to Goshen Indiana rally August

We have been members of FROG since we got our Rockwood and now our Cedar Creek. We joined CCRVOC in October when we bought our new Cedar Creek, and while the forums are not as busy as the Cedar Creek section here, the information available is specific and appears to be spot on. We have signed up for our first CC rally next October in Eastpoint Florida. I feel like I will definitely receive more than $25 in value for being a member of CCRVOC.

We are not rally people so the Cedar Creek club is really no benefit to us. I have met right many nice people that are in the club, mostly at the Goshen rally. We don’t plan on attending the Goshen rally again, been twice and enjoyed it but will probably be returning from Alaska next year at that time. It’s only 25 bucks to join

Post the “why’s” and perhaps the membership will grow. We considered it in 2015; 2016 but did not find a “warm fuzzy feeling” so we backed away. And we “ARE” joiners: Gold Wing Road Riders Assn 10 years. Women in Wheels 10 years. Harley Owners Group, 5 years.....and on and on.....hopefully your group is more welcoming than in the past....

This year we were at the Goshen rally and we had found out from the year before that the club had a dinner one night and all the members went. We tried to attend and join then but was told we couldn’t join at that time. What I really wanted to do was meet members that I talked to on this forum that was in the club. This year I joined the club but never got a msg about when the dinner was being held. We don’t attend rallies and there is not much information about campers problems on there site. On the Frog site it’s hard to have a problem with your camper that another member has not experienced. I’ll probably stay in the club as I waste money anyway, twenty five bucks is only like a case and a half of beer. We probably won’t ever attend the Goshen rally again, it’s hard for me to drive a thousand miles to have a chance at no sewer and a hundred bucks a night. If we meet another member somewhere on the road it’s great but we just like to go our own way

We have been members of the Cedar Creek RV Owners club since 2005 - shortly after the club was formed. We have literally traveled all over the US and most of Canada with some of the best people you will ever meet. I agree that the club is not for everyone but we have found it to be most satisfying and have great friends. Some of our camping friends who no longer have a Cedar Creek attend our rallies as guests and we still consider them to be great friends even though they are SOB's (Some Other Brand).

We are now in our third Cedar Creek - primarily because of the CCRVOC and the great product that Cedar Creek builds.
