Were just there 12/22-26. Traffic getting in at night was something else. Great times at all the Charleston restaurants and loved the city. We're in site 68H in our 17 Rockwood MiniLite 1905S.

The Charleston Holiday Festival of Lights is on the schedule again for 2017. You can find information on the FROG website, www.forestriverfrog.com, under the "Events" tab. We're working on a couple of minor changes to the tours, and will have registration forms available on the same link soon.

We went in 2015 with the coachmen caravan. Awesome campground, had site 105 which was huge. We were there for opening week of the light show and it was FANTASTIC! The tours were great, the city was great, had a great time. Highly recommend the trip. Unfortunately with being from Michigan and the tour now in December we will pass. The trip home included 5 1/2 hours driving in a snowstorm and a young man bouncing his truck off my trailer. Don't want to experience that again. Lol!
But those that haven't seen Charleston and the light show its well worth going.

The FROG trip to Charleston for the Holiday Festival of Lights will be December 10-15. This will be our eighth time there in six years. It's the one trip that we've done every year, and we had to do two back-to-back weeks twice because it filled so fast. We'll have space for 25 RVs.

Probably sometime this week. In fact, I just got off the phone with arrangements for a tour change. Rather than going to see the Confederate Submarine Hunley, we're returning to Patriot's Point, home to the Patriot's Point Naval and Maritime Museum; National Medal of Honor Museum; and the 2 1/2 acre "The Vietnam Experience: A Hero's Welcome Home" exhibit.
Patriot's point includes the aircraft carrier USS Yorktown, the destroyer USS Laffey, and the submarine USS Clamagore, all open for tours.
The registration form will be posted on the "Event's" page as part of the tour description.

THE REGISTRATION FORM IS NOW AVAILABLE.
Go to the FROG website, www.forestriverfrog.com and click "Events", then scroll down to the event, or simply select "South Carolina" from the "States" link.

POD-A-ROSE-A, go to www.forestriverfrog.com and click on the "Events" tab. Scroll to the link to the Holiday Festival of Lights. Click "Read More" to get to the second page, where the description is. At the bottom of that page there should be a large link to the registration form.
If it doesn't work, PM me and I'll e-mail you the form.

I think it is a link or site issue Bob - when I click on the link, I go here:
Forest River Inc., A Berkshire Hathaway Company | RVs, Park Models Trailers, Commercial Buses, Commercial Trailers, Pontoons
I believe that this is the link folks need to click on to register for the rally:
Forest River Owners Group - The official owner's group of Forest River RV, manufacturer of world-class recreational vehicles.
(I just double-checked, and clicking on the link takes you right to the
Southern Nights, Southern Lights December 10-15, 2017
Web page
This link will download the registration form (if you do not want to read about the rally and just get down to the registration part
http://files.constantcontact.com/52b...=1488906532000
Now all I have to do is figure out if Anne-Marie and I can take a few days off right BEFORE we retire!

Thanks, Bob. I must have accidentally posted the FR Corporate site rather than the FROG site. I've corrected it now.
