Camp ground does have a shuttle to take you to town. Cost $10 per person. Might be worth it if doing a lot in town. Patriots Island had free parking at the Museum site if you had your camp ground sticker hanging on mirror. Large lot. Later RJD

Yes the campground does have a shuttle. That may be the preferred way. I just have the uncanny ability to do things the hard way. Lol! The is a restaurant next to the market called tbonz. Very good horseradish burger.

Staying in Savannah over New Years Eve. Will be there a week (prior). New Year's eve; using UBER to get back and forth to waterfront! Might want to check it out in Charleston. You can get apps that give you the exact, all inclusive rate for your travel.

If anyone has been there over New Year's; fill us in on "NOT TO MISS"....
We have always been there in Summer.

Could not do Charleston. Family plans. LOVE IT THERE!!

Travel safe and HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!

Gettin that roll'n itch....need to scratch it 😜

I heard a "rumor" that the Week One folks didn't get any Banana Pudding at the welcome dinner. If true Bob more than made up for that last night! There was a great barbecue dinner, with banana pudding, way to go Bob!

X2 on the Banana Pudding. We're enjoying some of the left overs for lunch today.

We must have been the test group. Ran out of dessert and if I remember tea also. But all in all the barbeque was excellent.
FYI.... the key lime pie at Hymans seafood was very, very good.

We had a great time! It was rainy Monday so Bob shifted the events to Tuesday which was a beautiful day. Thursday afternoon it started getting a bit ugly while we were at the Boone Plantation but it wasn't really bad. Thursday night it really rained which made breaking down Friday AM a bit soggy... I'll be cleaning sand out for a week when I get the "W" back from M-B...

This was our first FROG event and we are looking forward to more...
