Christmas and a Half

We also had a great time! Met some folks we had seen at earlier FROG rallies and got to know them a lot better, met some new faces in the FROG family! Thanks to our great hosts, Bob & Cindy - you guys are awesome!

Carole and Woody's "Pet Frog"

While attending the Christmas and a Half Rally we ran into fellow FROGs that we haven't seen since the Ashtabula Covered Bridge Festival Campout in October 2014. During that event a chain saw carved frog was raffled off at the Saturday evening dinner. Carole and Woody were lucky enough to win the frog and were thrilled to do so! They have now improved on the "rough cut" frog and travel with their pet, who is normally displayed on top of their propane tank. We thought you might like to see the amount of work that the two of them have done to the frog to make it truly their own. Good work for both of them. Gary and Donna Bly

PS: Great job on the Rally by Cindy and Bob. They really know how to put together a successful event!

Dave and Elaine, we haven't scheduled a "Christmas and a Half" Rally in Frankenmuth this year. The dates of late June would cause a potential conflict with two events in Ontario and one in Ohio that are close by, both geographically and on the calendar (all in June), and we didn't want to compete with those events for attendance.

We might plan on doing it next year, or maybe going to Frankenmuth, Holland, Dearborn, Mackinaw City / Mackinac Island, or somewhere else in Michigan on another date.

Christmas and a Half Rally

Thanks for the fast reply! Sorry to hear that there will not be a Rally this year.
Maybe next year! We may just go to Frankenmuth to see the sites anyway!
