I glad that you won't change the date. The last time you asked for an extension I caught grief from that .
Bob how is your Knee that you twisted.
QUOTE = Frog// I did something to my knee in West Yellowstone -- twisted is stepping in a depression from a ground squirrel tunnel, I think -- and have hardly been able to walk from the pain in it for the past week. Gee, if only someone were willing to step in!
I sent you the following proposal for Help.
Sorry to hear about your Knee. We are wishing you a speedy Recovery.

There's been no real improvement following another week+ on Tylenol and a prescription anti-inflammatory drug. I have an appointment in the morning (Friday) with an orthopedic surgeon to determine whether there's torn cartilege or what else might be going on.
I had a small flap of torn cartilege, much smaller than a small fingernail clipping, in the other knee about 17 or 18 years ago, and it was excruciating to try to walk. After a day on a super pain-killer there was no more pain, and after a month pain-free the torn flap had worn away. I was able to go back to umpiring baseball and refereeing football, and it was another 7 or 8 years before I had to have an arthroscopic procedure on the knee. Hope it's at least that long again.
Unfortunately, I had to cancel our reservation at Kerrville just in case. I hated to do that. Lori and Dan have been doing a great job planning it, and it's going to be a really fun event.
Thanks for the concern.

Bob: Back in back in 1999 I had an arthroscopic procedure on my left knee. The Dr said I would be back in 5 years for a total replacement. In Dec 2010 I had both Knees replaced on the same day.

Bob- good luck at the doctors. Hope it is not too serious an injury. I know what it like living with pain. Had to have spinal fusion a few years ago. I couldn't even get out of bed before the surgery. Somewhat better now but with all these rods and screws in my back, I get pulled off balance every time I pass a magnet-(LOL!)
