Now there are 5 folks from Branson talking about August in Indiana. It will be great to see everyone again.

Make that six from Branson Bob and also I will pass the message on to Fran and Bud as soon as they get back from a trip to Grundy this week. The good news is, that since it is in August, Carson and his mom (Ginger) may be able to come along. Joanne is marking the calendar as we speak. Old Guys P.S.... there are never too many miles to see old friends as long as there are coffee stops along the way!

Seriously interested in attending the FROG Rally in Elkhart in August 2012. Had a great time at the Branson Rally and look forward to seeing everyone -new and old - in August. Thanks to all that are organizing this event.

Glad to see the enthusiasm building for the Elkhart rally! We're working on a schedule to include four nights of camping, options for early arrival / late departure nights, seminars, factory tours, catered Amish meals, and more. Spread the word!

More information will be forthcoming, and we'll be looking for volunteers to help with planning and doing. Several folks have sent me notes offering help and suggestions, and I'll be getting back with you. Looking for a big turnout!

Bob

As a side benefit to MotoGp race fans, it was announced the other day that the Red Bull Indy GP will be held Aug 17-19 2012. Now how cool is that.

Perhaps an optional side trip to see the Notre Dame campus?

Food from "Amish Acres" or "The Barn" in Middlebury would be EXCELLENT. Those are the only two restaurants I have ever been to that rival my grandmother's cooking!! Then again I have never had a bad meal made by the Amish. Really looking forward to this trip. The Coachmen rally we were to in Elkhart many years ago (back in the 90's) was an excellent time and I am sure FR can throw as good or a better party!

Now that the Dealer Expo is behind us, we met today to go over the status of the F.R.O.G. website, links to this forum and to other features, information on the Elkhart rally, and more. The website will be an ongoing work in progress, but I think you're going to like what you see.

To all of you who have been kind enough to offer help with the rally, either on this forum on via an e-mail, the answer is, "Yes, we will gladly accept your help, and thanks for offering!" I'll be getting back with you on more details.

As for the F.R.O.G. organization itself, watch for more information. Again, I think you'll like what you'll see.

This rally has the DW so enthused she has graciously decided to delay her barn a year for us to attend and do a loop through Ontario as well after. Sure am looking forward to meeting all the FROG's who are planning to attend. ALso Bob if there is anything us flatlanders in Saskatchewan can do to help let me know.

We're excited that this will truly be an international rally. Maybe, in addition to Amish food, we should get donuts from Timmy's.
