We have our trailer winterized and parked for the winter too and Lake Eufaula sounds like fun in the spring. Not too far down the road from us in Broken Arrow. Would be a fun place to meet up sometime.

Sorry I'm just getting around to reading your post. Don't know how I missed it. I'll ask my wife. She can explain in detail every mistake I make!

Name anytime that's best for you and we can probably make it. I'll get us a couple of good spots picked out and maybe we'll catch a fish or two.

I usually start camping the first weekend in March. April and May are really nice. Starts getting crowded in June which I don't mind, just harder to get a good spot sometimes.

Let me know if you think you can make it up. Get some of your friends to come along as well.

Lets just set a date and we will get it on the calender and make it happen.

I was looking at the calendar thinking about April, warm days & cool nights, when my wife reminded me that our first grandson is due 15th of April. (all current grandkids are girls, 4 of 'em) To complicate things even more, she works every other weekend! I told you she can give you details every time I'm wrong!
Of course I'm free to camp any weekend!

Now I'm looking at May. The FROG rally is the first week of May, still don't know if we can make that one yet. So the best date I can see would be the weekend of May 21st & 22nd. That's 2 weekends before Memorial Day and the campgrounds shouldn't be too crowded. Weather should be nice around that time as well.

Talking a little more with the wife we decided we could work out a weekend in April if that works best for you. The weekends she's off are the 9th & 10th and the 23rd & 24th.

So either those dates in April or May. Check and see what works best for you. As far as our end, we'll work it out and make it happen.

Had the same problem with my remote lock mechanism. I found that the contacts on the door and door jam are brass and tarnish quickly. I sanded them with fine sandpaper and it worked fine after that.
