possible early arrival
Do I understand correctly that we need to call the fairgrounds at the number above if we plan to arrive early or just make better time on the road than expected? How much advance notice do they need for early arrival?

The fair just started and will be running this week. Bev and Diane are up to their ears. It might be better to give them a call right after the fair, starting Monday, 7/29 to resume early registrations.
