For those making reservations and have a site number, look at the site map and if yours has a black border you can click on it to view the site.

Another thought, Jamie, the sales manager at TriAm RV in Ocala mentioned they would like to get involved with the Forest River Owners Group while we were doing our paperwork during our recent purchase with them. They may want to come set up a display. Another thing is you could have a drawing for door prizes or something of that nature if you could get vendors to donate but that might be iffy.

I am not sure if Williston Crossing would allow anyone to come set up a display. I can call and ask, but I am thinking that they will not allow it due to their many full time folks.

Alright everyone! If you are in or near Florida, please join us September 17 through 20th for a Florida F.R.O.G Rally at Williston Crossing RV Resort in Williston, Florida. Williston is a small town just south west of Gainesville and north west of Ocala. There is plenty to do in the area and activities range from canoeing, visiting Cedar Key, shopping, sight seeing, and cultural activities that may be available at the time in Gainesville or Ocala. Relaxing and visiting with folks or riding your bikes around the campground or Williston is fun too! Just let me know where your interests lie and I can help steer you in the right direction. Williston has a few eateries and the Ivy House Restaurant is a particularly nice place to eat. They are open for lunch and dinner. We will plan to have one or two formal eating events as part of the rally. Your input is greatly desired so we meet the needs or desires of everyone. Informal meals can also be a part of the fun and we can plan those closer to the time.

Please call Williston Crossing RV Resort directly and they will reserve your site. 352-528-7100. As noted above, if you click on the sites that are highlighted with darker border you can see a picture of the site. We are in site 311, but site 309 is a long and pretty site. It does have a wall behind, but we do not find that objectionable. I also want to let you know that if you look at their Website they have a $150.00 per week special for first timers. They also honor Good Sam membership, but you must let them know you are a member when you make your reservations.

Kevin (80Gator) and I are looking forward to meeting everyone and we hope you will sign up to come join the fun!

Sheryl

Well we had good attentions of attending but other health issues now involving me will make this trip impossible unless at the last minute things change and the CG would still have some sites available. My wife's results came back with good results. So she is good to go. Thanks CampingGator for the PM. Later RJD

Well, I have to say that I am sorry you and Papa GLS cannot make it! Please feel free to sign up at any point if Williston Crossing has sites available. If not this time, then perhaps in the future.
