I can't wait to meet everyone.

FROG rally

We went by the campground on Friday on a return trip to visit friends near Tallahassee. Very nice folks in the office, beautiful campgrounds. This will be our first rally, looking forward to learning lots as we are going to be homeless after January. Going to try full-time rv life for a while.
Can't wait to talk to all you experienced campers.

We can't make it this year due to a anniversary cruise but I'm not familiar with the fROG rally? Explain please. We are in Ocala so this is not far at all for us and we have 3 other families that camp with us. Thanks!

I'm sorry you can't make it, but please invite your friends to join us! I have never been to a rally either, but we are moving forward with the plans. I believe we will all have a grand time! Plans are being firmed up and I will have more details over the next day or two.

Guys.....
A FROG Rally is just a get together of Forest River Owners Group of campers meeting to have Fun, Followship, and Good Times. It give people a chance to see other rigs, New rigs, have seminars from rv Dealers/Company, and Equipment Company's.
I Hope this Helps!!!as I don't want to take Anything Away from Gator, but we have been to small ones (as few as 6 rigs) to the rally in Goshen that had 700 rigs. Sorry you can't make it, but maybe your friends can so let them know what is going on......

If we decide to go it will be on Saturday - Monday (our days off ....and DH gets home at 5:30 am Saturday so it may not happen :-( ) Will definitely be last minute decision and my concern is simply that everything will be done & over by Saturday afternoon ...

Please try to make it! Although you will miss the meet and greet on Thursday and the catered meal on Friday, you can join us for the trip to the elephant sanctuary Saturday afternoon and the pot luck dinner Saturday evening. I'm sure folks will be sitting around visiting or playing games other times, including Sunday morning. Then, stick around Sunday and just relax with your family.

Plans have really come together for the rally in September. I have had confirmation that the band Dr. John and the Medicine Show will be providing entertainment at the catered dinner on Friday evening. Is barbecue ok with everyone? I am ready now to secure the caterer.

These are the plans for the weekend. Thursday evening - meet and greet in the activity center. Bring an appetizer or dessert and your own beverages. We will have some ice breakers that will provide an opportunity to get to know one another. We can decide if anyone wants to take a side trip on Friday. Friday evening- catered dinner, music and dancing in the out door pavilion. Saturday afternoon - trip to the elephant sanctuary. $10.00 per person. Saturday evening - pot luck dinner in the activity center. Tri Am RV will be in attendance for the weekend and will have several RV's on display. Bring your bikes if you like. The park is large enough to get in some exercise. Feel free to bring games. Anyone interested can play during the ample amount of free time. Please plan any other side trips you may be interested in, or just plan to hang around and relax. A nice pool is also available. I am open to thoughts or suggestions. I want everyone to have a great time!

Please respond again if you have made a reservation and what site you are on. I really want to start getting a good head count for planning.

Thanks, CG, we are up for it all. Want to do the elephant trip. BBQ is always a good choice. Any help we can provide, we'll be happy to do so. Can't wait!
