There are several pot lucks. The first is Thursday night with the meet and greet - bring an appetizer or dessert to share. Friday breakfast - pot luck. Sign up to bring a breakfast item. Could be juice, milk, breakfast casserole, bagels, fruit, etc. If you bring a casserole, don't bring too big of a one unless you want left overs for your breakfast on Saturday. Saturday night is the last pot luck dinner - bring a meat, side dish, or dessert. Also, please bring a 5x7 index card with your recipes on it. Folks often want the recipes. This will be the first year we try it.
We are going to have a catered BBQ dinner Friday night, sponsored by Forest River Owners Group and, hopefully, a hot dog/hamburger lunch Friday, sponsored by Tri Am RV.
Please let me know if you have any other questions at this point. I'm looking forward to seeing everyone!

Current headcount is 60, but I have had three other couples inquire since yesterday. None if them are on the forum. I would say that at least half are not on the forum, but saw the notice on the Forest River Owners Group site. We certainly can have folks introduce themselves here and add photos, if they want to. Some may prefer not to for privacy.

Pot Luck Breakfast
I thought it might be a good idea to post what we are bringing for the pot luck meals so we avoid duplication. Sheryl will send out an email for those not on the forum and we will post a list.
For Breakfast we will bring a Blueberry Pancake Casserole
For Dinner I will make a BBQ Meatloaf on the Grill

From the Tampa Bay area, Joe & Terri with Boont (red heeler) & may still have Roxie (the old pup has some serious medical issues going on but still enjoys the trips, just slower pace).
Still playing with our menu but thinking spicy boiled peanuts for Thurs night, Irish coffee for Friday breakfast, corn & black bean salad for pot luck dinner & assorted crowlers & growlers from a few breweries for the craft beer tasting
