Before using the logo, permission should be gotten from Forest River.

Probably not a bad idea, but I know when Bob made the shirts FR was more than happy that he used the logo. Free advertisement, right?
I guess it's 50/50 thing. FR produced the logo, but Forest River Owner's Group (F.R.O.G.) originated on this forum. If I'm not mistaken, Iggy came up with the name.

We are about to embark on a short trip to Mi., then north to the Sault and from there do a circuit of Lake Superior, including a possible side trip to Winnipeg Man., south to N.D. then back to Mi. along the south shore of Lake Superior and back to Ontario via Port Huron. Should be about 3 wks or so. Anyway I just wanted to say hello again and tell you we think about Branson, you guys, and everyone who was there quite often. Wow! That sounds like a super nice trip. It's a nice time of year for a trip along the Mi shore lines. Hope to get a report when you get home. Have a great time and be safe.

Just home this afternoon from a 10 day trip to Nebraska and Kansas.
Some midget racing, a visit with some family in Nebraska, lunch with Randy and Georgia Degrogg in Elkhorn, NE. and some more races in Belleville, Kansas.
A note from Tom and Melissa from the NE Ok. FROG Rally to get a couple shirts fixed with FROG logos.
Notes also flying back and forth about FROG 2012 in Elkhart, IN. Updates will follow as soon as something is nailed down.
Also found a couple nice campgrounds in Concordia, Kansas and Lincoln, NE of this trip. More later.
BOB

Hello medrec952!
YOU'ER IN! Think this group was started sometime in the past year?
Keep in touch with the forum. It's more like an informal group... don't think its "official" as of yet through FR. But we are trying!
Am I right guys?

Campnqueen, I'm happy to tell you that Forest River is now taking an active and official role in FROG. We just announced the rollout at the Dealers' Expo in Elkhart this week.
You'll be seeing more, but we're already making arrangements for an International Rally at the Elkhart County Fairgrounds in Goshen, IN for the week of August 12-18 next year. Several nights of camping, factory tours, seminars, catered meals, and entertainment will be part of the fun. There's more on that in the FROG events thread.
We're also looking at regional rallies in several parts of the United States and Canada, as well as escorted trips to various locations and events.
We value the ralationship with our Forest River owners and dealers, and want to take the opportunity to strengthen those ties and to offer great opportunities to enjoy your Forest River RV with other owners who share similar interests.
Watch for more information to come.

Medrec.....as queen said...we are a very loose formed group with a rally in Branson last May, another rally in Ohio in July and another here in Oklahoma in July.
Thanks to Forest River for kicking in with the plans for a rally in Elkhart next August...That we will be going to...along with 7 of the 14 rigs that were at Branson. Hope that more of that group will be able to join in the fun.
Forest River came up with the FROG logo, supplied the ballcaps and stickers for the rallys and some of us have had shirts silk screened or embroidered. I'm sure that Forest River will be coming up with more "STUFF" in the near future.
In the mean time...Welcome to the group and thanks for your interest.
BOB

Bill, for now we're putting out information on the F.R.O.G Events / Elkhart 2012 thread as it becomes available. Now that the Dealer Expo is behind us, one of the next big pushes is to get a FROG website up and running where we can post information. I'm also working on a mass mailing that will be going out regarding not only that rally, but other benefits and events as well.
Stay tuned!

Hi Bob,
new member and new owner of RPod 171, we are seriously thinking of joining the Aug 2012 Rally! (we are near DC) I love the idea of a wheel cover with the frog cover. Any plans for starting up some FROG logo merchandise at the rally? Where can one download the frog logo?
Thanks!!

Hikergrl, congratulations on the new RPod! They're great units, and I hope you get many of years of fun from it. We'd love to see you at the Rally in August. We're also going to be doing a trip to DC at the end of March, by the way, to enjoy the Cherry Blossom Festival.
You can get details on both the Rally and the trip at our new website, www.forestriverfrog.com. I encourage you to register at "Join the FROG" so that we can keep you up to date on news and upcoming events.
You can also click on "Hop to the FROG Shop" while you're there and check out what's already available for FROG logo merchandise. Cindy and I have already bought several polo-type shirts, a fleece top (she just got it and loves it, wore it last night to the Shipshewana light parade and Christmas tree lighting) and a tote bag, and we're really happy with both the quality and the prices.
