Hi, Ed and Jan.
Just followed you north on Hwy 47 from Union to Washington this afternoon. I was about 4 cars behind your Columbus. I could see the facebook Columbus Group sticker on the left rear, but couldn't get close enough to read it until we were stopped at the light by Lowes.
Looking forward to meeting you at the Frogtoberfest rally.

Oh my goodness!!! Maybe our getting to meet is fate! We were coming home from Bennett Springs State Park and a little trout fishing. I wish I would have seen you, or known who you were, I would have at least waved to say hello.

Frogtoberfest CamperCrawl 2019
I sent an email this morning and hopefully I got everyone. If interested in participating and you did not get my email please send me a reply at brown1william@gmail.com
Late getting this started but still trying to get this organized. I am looking for about 5-10 people who are willing to open their campers and show it off to the group! I am currently limiting it to 2018 and newer, However if more than 5 want to participate I may have to narrow that down some.
The Camper Crawl will be Saturday 7:30 start. Have camper ready to show and please provide a beverage of your choice to share for the viewers. If it is raining that day we will cancel the event and have the beverages in the Morton building instead.
Please reply to me individually if interested in showing off your new RV.

Does anyone know what the forecast is for Amana next week? I’m seeing cool weather and chances of rain all but 1 day. I’m hoping that isn’t true.

No, I don't think so. Electra glide can answer that one, as he is in charge of this rally, but I think you can probably still register.

Small chance of showers Thursday afternoon, but mostly cloudy. Friday, considerable cloudiness, but only 30% chance of showers. Saturday, 50% chance of showers, but nothing that looks like a real washout.

My weather app is all over the place but this is Iowa. I will have plenty of firewood if it's cold. Rain? We can play more bags in the Morton building??? Either way it will be a fun time!

I know people are hitting the road today to head to Amana. Safe travels everyone!
The camper crawl is lined up with 4 campers being shown.
Don't forget it's a little cold and of course there is rain in the forecast. Thursday and Friday the chance is fairly low. Saturday it's 70% but hopefully that will change.
