Generator Tests in Goshen!

What does everyone think of having some sort or generator testing comparison in Goshen? For those that have portable generators that they will bring to Goshen, how about we set up some sort of testing facility so that we all can compare and see true life results from the many different models that may be at the rally? I'm thinking we could compare true noise levels ... have an A/C load hook up ... try different A/C's ... ??? I think it would make for an interesting experiment. Any thoughts?

Would be great, but how are you going to test different AC's without moving the rigs or a bunch of generators? I'm sure folks will not want a bunch of generators running next to their rigs especially if they don't have a generator.

We'll use Turbs's camper as the test unit! Besides, it shouldn't take that long to test them.

That's great, he'll be out by, on or under the muck pile.

I will have a Yamaha EF3000SiB in the truck bed.
(Will be off grid at several campsites.)

Will be happy to demo it to whoever wants to "not hear" a 3500 watt generator run.

Lou, you'll have 12 minutes to run a sound test. That's about how long it is between trains.

Trains? What trains? By the third night you'll be so tired you won't even hear the trains.
