Cathy, yes and yes. Yours was the one that I was having trouble getting to print. I got your e-mail this morning with the service request as an attachment, and was able to print it with no problem.

We purchase the Crusader in November, it was not until July the following year before we ever turned it on. Since we were in Savannah as the time, sure glad it did work. The furnace did not work well from day one, this winter while camping every time the unit would cycle, we would hear a big boom. Got around to removing the cargo compartment access panels only to fine the neither of the supply ducts were connected to the bathroom(head) nor the bedroom heater ducting supplying those two areas. Once the ducts were properly connected we assume they will work fine when it gets cold again, have not tried them as yet..
