I have been reading, and I found out that if you want work done at the Rally by the factory reps. Is this a true statement. If it is how do you sign up to have this done, e-mail, a website, at time of registration. Also can this be warranty work as well as paid work?? I am still trying to decide if I want to go.

If you download the registration form sye there is a page for filling out service requests. I wasn't there last year but it's my understanding that the factory service reps come out free of charge. Bob could probably provide more details.

I was there last year and it was amazing. The factory folks fixed anything and everything that was wrong with ALL of the rigs...no matter how old they were.....ALL FOR NOTHING. The work they did on my rig more than paid for my trip.
Some folks even found that they had water leaks from an overnight rain storm and they also got fixed at the factory's.
My feeling is if you left Goshen with an issue with your rig it was only because you did not let them know about it.
The third page of the registration form is the page to fill out with any issues.
Hope to see you there.

What Dan and Bob said. We're going to do as much work as we reasonably can, warranty or not, at no charge. The form to request service is part of the registration form. (All we really need is page 1. Page 2 is to volunteer, page 3 is to request service.)

We're asking people to send these in early so that we can schedule service techs, stockpile parts, call in component vendors, etc. We'll honor everything that we can, even if we get it at the rally, but getting them earlier makes life much easier.
