Goshen rally

I would like to thank everyone involved with putting on the rally, especially the techs that were there to do service work. I tried to thank them personally when I would see them, but I did not get to thank them all. They did an unbelievable job of taking care of everybody's needs. Forest River is a class act company and put us, the owners first. I got the chance to talk to Sam, the tech that worked on my unit several times during the week because he worked on others around me. Very good at what he does and with all he was doing and as busy as he was still made time to talk and joke around. It was great to meet you Sam.

At the 1st rally in 2012 we took up a collection from all the people that had work done and made sure it got to the techs to be split up or used however they saw fit as a small thanks.

This year there was a donation/tip box in the service center.

My donation was installed promptly!

We couldn't make this year's rally, but we loved being there last year.

Like Turbs said........we made a significant donation last year for the work we had done by Forest River. Considering what most people have done, and the price they are charged (read free) a donation should be more than you would tip for a dinner at a restaurant.

I don't know any other company that does what Forest River does. Like they've said.........

"We're not perfect at making RV units, not sure anyone is, but we'll try our hardest to make it right"

Out of curiosity, how many campers were at this year's rally?

I tried to tip the tech's that worked on my unit but they said, that they could not except tips. I told them that nobody needed to know about it, but they still refused. The last time our warranty Mgr came around to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction I thought after he left to offer a tip so I ran after him with my gulf cart but could bot fine him. I feel bad I wasn't able to show my appreciation more.
After buying our unit last year and all the little problems we had I was wondering to myself whether I'd bought from the right company or not but after this last week, I feel great about Forest River.Click image for larger version
