My dealer takes pretty good care of me, so I have no current needs for service, but I was still wondering. Is there any charge for these service requests? It wasn't really stated one way or the other and I figured new people (like us) might want to know.

There's no charge. It's a "thank you" for being a Forest River customer and attending the FROG Rally.

I broke a string shade in the Silverback last week so I guess Iíll be sending in a service request soon. I never could figure out how to restring those darn shades.
