Funny thing is that is the only thing we could not get done last year at the rally, they did say you have a lifetime warranty for that but you have to ship them back to the mfg. I figured after all that shipping cost it was not worth it so learned to do it myself, wished I had the diagram would have helped, the 4 string seems the hardest.

WHAT??? So it turns out there were things not fixed at Goshen. Wouldn't you know it, I finally have something for the service personnel to fix and they don't do it. What a bummer.

Get yourself some cord, you have the diagrams and get with the program and for once in your life, be a hero to your wife!

Recieved a voice mail today from Flagstaff/Rockwood Warranty person, indicating that I had submitted a list of items that need to be repaired during the FROG rall and wanted some additional information and pictures. I will call this person back tomorrow. I think that this is a very proactive approach in order to understand what needs to be done/fixed before arriving at the rally. Has anyone else been contacted concerning the list supplied at registration?

Your the first that I heard of. With not knowing what you sent in for repair, they might be trying to figure out if they could do it on site or are they going to ask you to take it to the factory. Somethings has to be done at the factory. They can do a lot at your spot, but they did have people go back. That's the first like a said......

Joe, we had a meeting on Monday afternoon to distribute all of the service requests to the various divsions. I suspect that there will be additional phone calls made to request information to make sure that service is handled as thoroughly and accurately as possible. I've spoken with one other member who got a similar call.

Thanks Bob. I think this is a very practical approach and a excellent way to handle the volumes of service requests. Kudos to the team.

Hi There. I received a call this week as well to ask me about repairs and I was given toll free numbers for Manufactures service counters to call as the repairs will not be fixed at the Rely. # 1 My levelling jacks leak oil . The supplier is near the Rely , # 2 My Magnadyne M4-LCD Stereo , flashes Engage park brake when the radio station is playing this happens about a 1/2 hr. Into my travels . It drives me NUTS. I've yet to call the Manufacturer . If there's help out there with his Problem please post it . Thanks..

Download it on a thumb drive, go to Kinko's, cg office, print it, fill it out, take a picture of it and email it to Frog Bob.

Wow, I guess I need to send our short list of repairs needed as soon as possible. Our biggest issue is with a leaky, drippy awning...

I'm going to see if they'll replace my outside kitchen fridge.
I fill it with beer and the next day it empty.

Any suggestions till then what could be wrong?

Neighbors are accessing your fridge in the middle of the night.
