This was our first time and we were amazed by the FR folks !!
We arrived Thursday afternoon, and Friday morning, a cart drove up to our coach as they were trying to get an early start. After telling them my worst problem was a water leak that prevented use from having water hooked up to the coach (pressurized lines would leak), they dropped everything and immediately fixed it. All I could say was "WOW".
Monday morning, they were back and fixed all the other items on the list.
I will never buy another camper that isn't a Forest River product.
