Highway conditions

Just checked on Interstate 69 heading up to Fort Wayne, IN. According to the department of transportation there is a new bridge construction going on. Ten miles north of GAS CITY at exit 64. Down to one lane of traffic in both directions. Is there another alternative to getting around this problem area. Thought about Highway 31 coming out of Indy?

Randy, I've been through that construction zone near Gas City a couple of times with no problems, including on a late Friday afternoon.

You'll find several fairly rough sections on US 31, and Kokomo and some of the other towns will really slow you down. I'd take my chances with I-69.
