Is the service work done at these rallies free?

Yes. You should consider the service provided during the rally, a benefit from Forest River for being a member of FROG and for being a loyal FR customer.

Caveat: Service is only available on 2017 and newer models, and only to the original owner. The limit is two repairs.

This is correct and would like to add service provided to the original owner, now if there is a safety notice or a recall item they will usually address this also, that is the reason they request your vin#
