HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!
Now for my Un-scientific survey. We are currently parked in Reed Arena (one of 5 RV on campus RV lots at Texas A&M) for the last of a great tradition - the TAMU vs Texas football game. There are 96 units in this lot - 50 motorhomes, 24 travel trailers, and 22 5th wheels. Of the 96 units there are 6 Forest River units - 3 5th wheels, 1 R-Pod and 1 Berkshire motorhome. In case you can't tell, I don't have anything to do while I wait for everyone else to get up!

I'm at Oak Plantation in Charleston, SC. Coachmen on my right, Rockwood on my left, Cardinal next to it, another Coachmen three spaces over, another next to it. Two Rockwoods across the street, several other FR models and brands not only in our loop but all over the CG -- Puma, Sportscoach, and lots more. We're in (a) good company!

Frog Parking Sign
Iggy mentioned the "Frog Parking Sign". I made a 17" x 22" waterproof sign for the front of our rig at the rally in Branson. (Due to weather and family obligations we never made Branson. )
Hey Bob, see the sign attached. I could make some for your "Frog Shop" and see how they sell. Let me know, kenwalsh@xplornet.com .
We have sent our cheque for Goshen, looking forward to the week.

Hi Ken,
We went to Branson & have our F.R.O.G. sticker in our rear trailer window, plus our hats, & your F.R.O.G. sign. It would be so neat to be somewhere camping far away from home & see another sign on someones' RV! Hope we will someday! Happy Holidays!

If you were in the right spot in Charleston, SC you could see a five-foot banner in our windshield with the FROG logo on it. I also have a supply of FROG stickers that I'll be happy to send out on request.

Hi Bob,
Even though the trailer is now winterized and covered, the wife & I are thinking of going to the Frog Fantasies Museum & Gift Shop in Eureka Springs Arkansas, only 45 minutes from Branson featuring some 7000 frog items and a frog only gift shop!!! Website says the couple that own the place have been collecting Frog items for 60 years! Might have to take alot of pictures of what they have to sell to FROG members!

Youroo, we were at the Holiday Festival of Lights on Wednesday, enjoying the displays and visiting with old friends. Cindy and I volunteered as hosts there in 2004-05, 2006-07, and 2008-09. We stayed for about 3 to 4 months setting up displays, changing lights, driving the trains and operating the carousel, serving as a certain North Pole resident and his wife, and working in the campground. It's one of our favorite events and locations. This year there are only about six couples there that we know from our time as volunteers, but it was nice to get together with them and catch up on news.
Our son is a sergeant with the Charleston PD, and our daughter-in-law is the nurse manager of the ICU at the Medical University of SC. We come here to spoil and get spoiled by the grandbabies -- 6, 4, and 1-year-old twins.
By the way, they're always looking for RVers to volunteer at the Festival. You stay in the campground for free, make good friends, and help people have a tremendous amount of fun. The hours can be long, but you also get passes that allow each of you and a guest (four people in all) to visit about 30 to 40 of the museums, plantations, boat tours, and other attractions in the Charleston area for free. Uniform t-shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, and hats are also provided.

Just as I was about to give up and post the answer, we got our second winner who identified the photo at the top of the "Events & Calendar" page of the FROG website! Brian Hoag recognized the photo as having been taken in Grand Teton National Park, WY.
The shot was taken looking across Lake Jackson from the Colter Bay Campground. Mt. Moran is the most prominent mountain, in the center. To the left are the Tetons, with the tallest being Grand Teton. The park is located a short distance south of Yellowstone, and just north of Jackson, WY.
Congratulations to Brian! I'll be waiting to hear whether you prefer the FROG cap or the FROG tote bag.

A frog sticker would be great. I went to the Forest River Frog site but only saw the removable static cling window graphic.
Is there a bumper sticker?
