Only 55 days til Rally!

Less than 50 days, before rally time will be here. T- shirts are ordered and done, you will be able to pick them up and pay for them when you register at campsite 114 Friday.

Now it’s time for me to organize the camper crawl that was a success last year.

Camper crawl process goes as follows. I ask for around 8-10 volunteer/hosts that are willing to show off their RV, then each host can provide a liquid beverage, can be adult or you favorite local pop/soda or non achoholic beverage. Last year we also had some provide a finger snack food. (Some people went all out on these last year).

Once I get the volunteers, I will arrange the procession according to campsite to end up with site 114 to be the last so we are there for the evening potluck on Saturday.

Hopefully we all make it around the loop. It was great fun.

You do not have to host to participate. All rally attendees are welcome to join.

I don't know, I got the notice.....but as I was part of it last year I was not sure you wanted repeats. If you are ok with repeats, you can put us on the list. We had a great time participating last year.

Ron: Bill & I would do it but we thought to be fair let new people volunteer. But if you are having a problem with people volunteering, we are more than willing to do it again!!

Ok I will see how many we end up with. We are only 6 weeks away from Rally time. Time to get organized. Will be in Maine the first week of July so that takes me down to 5 weeks to get things accomplished. I’ll get everyone’s names new and old and if we get too many I will pick new people and draw old ones out of a hat.

Awesome. We have a full card now. I will be sending out the itinerary, list and order of the camper crawl, and which sites will be hosting this year, and other information for the rally. I will be sending this through email and I have everyone’s email except for Kayak. It’s getting closer.
