On another note, I always marvel, or perhaps more like disgusted, when I change my internal RV water filter once a year. Make note to self.....change every six months!

Question - does yours filter ALL water going through, or just when you're pulling off your internal tank?

All. One might believe that city water should never look this bad. And I always try to run a water spiggot a few before I hook up a hose. Many SP are not on city water as are more rural CGs. During my 10 days in Canada this past September they had a crazy issue with an algae, water supply and pump production. My filter has looked worse I can tell you. And, I choose not to use an external filter to maintain higher water pressure inside. I posted the pic simply for effect. Not shocking in the least but I do need to make a note for 6 months from now!

I concur. Adult beverages should kill everything that comes out of the CG spiggot!
