We go to the Kingston area (actually Gananoque) 3-4 times a year to visit my 2 BILs. We were thinking about taking the TT for a weekend this September and staying at Rideau Acres to check it out. The sites in the area where we're registered look to be back-in with the sites behind staggered. It's difficult to tell from the Google Maps satellite view if the sites share a service post.

Thanks itat... I did hear back from Rideau Acres, though the information was sparse. I asked for the size of the site (NE29) and they responded that it can accommodate RVs as big as 38 feet.

Brian what site are we on? I see everyone posting their site numbers and they all seem to be in the NE section. When I registered online for our Full Hookup Site and forgot to mention 'Frog Rally' I was given D3 as the site.

So would like some sort of confirmation that I have a full hook up site and what the site number is. Thanks.

From the map .pdf (see my post on page 10 of this thread for the link) D3 is a fully serviced pull-through near the northwest corner. If I understand correctly, the NE sites are in the rally area towards the northeast corner.

As you had stated the reference to frog rally was omitted. I did email the park person With an hour of receiving your email that I am dealing with and explained you are part of the rally. Please follow up with the park as I do not assign sites.

I also know with the Final Tragically Hip concert they were over booked and running around the last few weeks so this may explain the list response.

I did right after I booked. She sounded slightly pissed off and said I couldn't call until September 15. Wouldn't tell me a thing about my booking.

We have registered and requested a full hook up and were assigned NE 78.
I see from the map this is not a full hook up.I have contacted the park.We are fine with not having full hook up but seems we have been charged for it.We will wait to hear back.

There will be a discount applied when you check in to make up the difference between the rally discount and regular rate.

$125. 3 nights camping. 2 breakfasts and FROG sponsored dinner. Additional nights $35 per night.


We have been off the grid for the last few days. The epic rain flooded our basement and have been cleaning that along with a sons wedding. The normal companies are swamped. Over 500 homes have been hit.
