Hey Gussie, it's doing good. I was wondering if you'd be at the rally this year.

ATTENTION GETTYSBURG RALLY ATTENDEES
Details of Early Bird Thursday Night Dinner

We’re excited to announce some detail of the early bird dinner planned for Thursday evening of the Gettysburg Rally weekend. Tickets will be available in a few days via the online signup.

Early Bird Dinner Event – The Historic 1776 Dobbin House Tavern
89 Steinwehr Avenue, Gettysburg, PA 17325

You are invited to join us for a 6pm seating on June 21st for a group dinner to kick off the rally events. Dinner will be held at the Dobbin House Tavern (a nationally registered historic landmark) in the main dining room. The Dobbin House is rich in Gettysburg history and is a highly recommended experience. Dress is smart casual for this fine dining event.

YOUR MEAL WILL CONSIST OF:
Tossed Salad with Herb Dressing
Home Baked Breads
Entrée choice - Baked Chicken Hunters Style OR Broiled Fillet of Salmon OR Primal Rib of Beef
Baked Potato and Seasonal Vegetable
Choice of a variety of desserts
Coffee, Tea, or Iced Tea
Cash bar service will also be available

Tickets for this event are $35 per person - tax and gratuity are included. Tickets will be available in the online sign-up in the next few days. Please be sure to specify your entrée when ordering tickets. You will need to arrange your own transportation from the campground to the Dobbin House. Those without TOADS, please let us know so we can help arrange carpools as needed.

A little history about this landmark tavern just steps away from the site of Lincoln’s famous 1863 address can be found at the following link - history

Thought I had replied last night... must not have sent the response... sorry for the delay.

The online sign-up site will be up in the next few days. The same site will allow you to purchase bus trip tickets, sign up for potlucks and order trays or paper goods if you choose not to prepare items. The same site will also be your portal to pay for the tickets and items that you have chosen.

We are working feverishly to book the bus trips, restaurant, caterer, and make arrangements with the campground. Last we checked we were approaching 40 sites booked and have capped the rally at a maximum of 50 sites. The logistics of having 125 attendees is on the verge of outgrowing the facilities available.

Major improvement over last years sign-ups will be one-stop shopping. Only one site to visit to sign up for all events, purchase all tickets and make payment all at once. We are also waiting on approvals for a couple of items... we wanted to open the site with everything available all at once.

Good things are coming soon!
Thank you for your patience-

Rob and Stephanie Bazzanella
