Great Job on the online sign up link! We do have one question in regards to the bus tours. Is pricing per seat regardless of age of participate?

Yes... bus seats are flat fee regardless of age...we are selling them at cost... however if your youngest is seated on your lap, that would be fine.

Nice job on the sign up. Definitely a great idea. One note, I could only select a quantity of 1 for the battlefield tour. Ordered a second one using a different email. - Dr JAG

The quantity needs to be entered on the second page after you select the tour and hit the "Submit and sign me up" button.

It would not let me change the quantity on the second page. I was able to order 2 t- shirts and 2 dinner tickets, but could not change the quantity for the battlefield tour. Tried on my IPad and my laptop. - DrJAG.

Ok, thank you for the quick response. One more question about the tours. Are you able to still participate with the group if your not riding on the bus? Say you were to follow behind bus in your own vehicle in case you want to spend more time at a particular spot.

You might want to consider doing your own audio tour. There is a cd available that narrated the battlefield tour that allows you to complete at your own pace. It is available at the NPS visitors center bookstore.

Some returning attendees might even have a copy that you could borrow.

Dieselbobcat, now that was a slick sign up sheet, what a great and easy way to do it. Maybe other rallies will steel your idea, congrats [emoji196]

As listed in the sign-up - Half trays and lids will be provided as necessary for potluck items.

Just a question, if everyone Brings enough food for 45 people, from the past rallies I have been to, there would be so much food that we could feed a third world country. So you are asking that who ever brings a dish it should serve 45 people? Am I understanding this correctly? Thanks before hand dieselbob.

Instead of everyone preparing a dinner AND a breakfast potluck, we are asking that each site prepare only one item for the weekend - but just doubled in size.

Basically half of the sites are bringing breakfast items and half of the sites are bringing dinner items.
