SOB = Some Other Brand. You see this on most RV forums.... i.e. I became an SOB on the crossroads forum when I sold my crossroads Zinger and bought a Sabre.
Also, many of us have met him personally.

Mapquest has put me on Hwy.17 from the North into Helen. The road looks like it has some switchbacks on it. Has anyone travelled it with a long 5th wheel? I’ll bet it’s scenic and hope it’s not too treacherous! Also concerned of any tunnels.

We lived both in Bavaria and in the Stuttgart area. 'Lederhosen' (Leather Pants) were popular in both areas...during the Spring, Summer, and Fall festivals 
I remember going to the Stuttgarter Frühlingsfest in 2011, you could tell the tourists from the natives: all the native guys were in Lederhosen and the women in dirndls

Come south out of Johnson city on I 181 to Ashville then 74 to to Waynesville. From there take highway 23/441 to 64 to 75/175 into Hiawassee then 17/75 into Helen. Camp ground be on south side of town on 75. Later RJD

You're still bringing me into Helen on 17 from the North. In my original post, that is the stretch of Highway I was concerned with.

Let me think on that one . Easiest way is to come down I 75 to Exit 290 highway 20 east to Cumming then 400/19 North to highway 115 into Cleveland, Ga then pick up 75 N to Helen. CG be on your right about 5 miles before entering Helen. Lot of other ways to jog and jig but this is the easiest. Later RJD

You did not say how you were coming in to 17. This is a good road no tunnels. I thought you where also concerned on how to get to 17 as some of the roads mapquest put you on you do not want to take that is why I gave you the full route. Later RJD
