Since your dw will be retired by then makes for some good trips. If the current rallys are on again for next year you can make quite a few. Goshen rally is a must do. Later RJD

Have you ever tried traveling with a passport in it's last six months, it's next to impossible.

I do it all the time. Only in Canada is it a problem. I was told by one of you customs officials that for us Americans, we are granted permission to stay for 6 months for each entry. My company doesn't want us to send off for a renewal until it is just about expired.

Just went into Canada last week. 6 of us in a car. Handed 6 passports and my license-- he asked a few questions. Right thru. Same thing back later in the day on US side.

Next morning RV pulling car- same 6 into Canada again. Asked where we going --couple other questions. No problem.

Crossed Canada went out at Port Huron. Same thing. This time US guy checked both plates on RV & car. Asked a few question & made each person walk to front of RV so he could see them.

Not one problem crossing the border 4 times in 2 days

Supposedly with our new "Enhanced" Drivers licenses here in Georgia you don't need a passport to visit Canada. With all the pictures, holograms, bar codes, and other stuff they are a little harder to fake supposedly. Even so I think I'll carry my passport just in case someone, on either side, didn't get the memo....

I had not heard that one. Last I heard you still need passport. Later RJD

Michigan has had the enhanced license for years. Have never had a problem..

People were crossing with birth certificates and photo ID last week. If you are US citizen I think.

My grandson is 20 yr old and I know he crossed that way 3 weeks ago.

Just came back from Tee Shirt place and they have available a women's crew style Tee shirt. Regular shirts are more mens style tight neck I believe. If this something the ladys would like you will need to designate it when the form comes out for registration. There will be no extra cost unless you need to go beyond X-large. If your looking for a v-neck then there is a $2 up charge. I'd like to keep it simple If I can. Later RJD

Well things are coming together. For info Turbs is donating a gift certificate good for a set of awning poles which will be raffled off at the rally. Thanks you Turbs. This should be worth the trip to the rally. For those that don't have them you will be amazed how well they work and the ease of installing and look like they came installed from factory. Just back from Helen GA camping trip and stayed at Yonah cg where we will be holding Rally in 2017. Few pics of cg plug some activities available in town. First pic My site 37, 2nd Site 38 next to me, 3rd pic Pool, 4th pic club house, and 5th Tub bin down the Chattahoochee river down town Helen. Later RJD

Place looks GREAT Ace. Can you fish in that river, like Trout or something? I'll have to make sure I have my fly rod with me. Thanks for the update and info. Also what a great guy that Turbs is donating a set a poles and brackets for the raffle. Nice looking community room to, My wife will love the pool. Did you eat at any German restaurants while you were there, that's an added bonus.... PS: I need a ex-large man and a med. women's t-shirt to.
