Planned chaos. It seems odd to me to set it up this way. Once the details are worked out, why not open up for registration like all the other rally's do? (Exception is International Rally)

Chaos, is not the word, I can understand the PRE-REGISTRATION part, but now that there is over 40 the max, first call first served. I really don't know how it will workout. Maybe Ace, can answer if you were in the first 40, then you should get a spot and the rest on a waiting list, there is always cancellations, so this thing about setting your clock for 10:30AM Nov. 1st makes no sense to me, just keep the hype going. It is my understanding this is what the CG, worked out with ACE, (RJD) everything always works out, the rally is still what 8 months out from Nov 1st.

Maybe they are going to throw numbers in a Hat and at 10:30 start Drawing them out!

Then you can send 19.99$ plus S & H to find out if you are one of the 40!

As mentioned cg would not except registration prior to Nov 1 so yes it will be a scramble to get in. Every cg has its way. I liked this cg for convenience to Helen and surrounding attractions.

Yes we have 47 preregistered and also FROG put this up on there web site so there will be folks there that have seen this and also would register as they are not forum members. So heads up. Once full I will use the preregistered form to pick alternates as there are always cancellations.

Be advise to keep checking first post of rally for up dates. Later RJD

This why I registered at the CG already for the famous TADPOLE RALLY. before I checked out, hell. You don't even advertise you only could get in if someone dies God forbid. Besides that I only have 2 bottles of wine left from the case and a half I bought saving them for Thanksgiving and Xmas. Linda drinks a lot, what can I say

Seems odd to close preregistration when registration has not even happened yet. What happens if someone books a site that has not pre-registered?

It's been mentioned before that preregistration was done to (1) get a good sample of the number of campers and what they wanted to hear in the RV seminar, and (2) have their info available to the campground at registration time to speed up the process.

If one didn't preregistration it's pretty obvious they will just have to give all their info when signing up with the campground (which just slows things down a little).

Time change for Ice cream social it will now begin at 5pm and will be held at the club house.

Live band will begin around 7pm at the pavilion.

Just another reminder that registration opens on November 1 at 10:30am. Please e-mail me at aceinsp@comcast.net that you are registered and the number persons in your party. Once registration is full, a group e-mail will be sent with additional info including the form for ordering T Shirts and how to make payments. Also I will provide info on Golf cart rental.
