That's exactly the way I remember it being.....there's a large railroad container yard there and I had to do a repair there.....at least Columbia was live-able.

We are late arrivals after noon on the 30th. DW sometimes slows me down, or as I call her "Check-to-Bank". Hope this brutal heat moves away so I don't have to set up & sweat down on friday.

It HAS been gruesome here in Huntsville the past week - heat index over 100 every day

As for Nashville, I'm afraid 120 miles North is NOT gonna make that much difference Then again, there's ALWAYS the waterpark during the day....

As you all get closer to embarking on your venture, for some parts unknown, be fastidious in your efforts. Seek out prosperity and new espials. Prosperities in new acquaintances and undiscovered self awareness.

Be unassailable in your travels, be rehearsed, recapitulate your doubts. Once you have safely arrived be spontaneous, revel in the surroundings.

short version:

Be safe and have a ball y'all!

Thanks Dennis. Sure do wish you and the Mrs could have made it. It would have been nice to cut up with you and catch a few laughs. Hope you are doing well and I'll have a ball for us both!

Hey John,

Had a previous commitment with Coachmen, couldn't change the dates. We are getting some upgrades done prior to Goshen, MCD shades and an induction cooktop installed. Sure would have been fun to cut up and share some lies and a beer.

We just moved also, about two weeks ago, been painful so far. When you get to be in your 60's I think the 'dumbest' thing one can do is move! it's all worth it though, we can park the motorhouse next to the stick and brick. The concrete is being poured tomorrow, we move the coach home next week! All future travel packing will be done in our own driveway.

Congrats on the move! I know it hasn't been easy, I spent a few weeks moving my in-laws and thought to myself, "I don't know if I ever want to go through this". I liked it much better when TMO showed up and I just stood there, lol.

I wish we could have attended Goshen this year, but the shift of a week in the calendar put the Mrs. back in the classroom. Maybe if they move it back next year, we can attend. Be safe in your travels as well and tell Ms Sandy hello.

We're arriving on the 29th and booked to stay until the 3rd. However, if they have availability we may stay longer. We are to arrive at Goshen on the 8th - we were hoping to get there before the madding throngs, but from the rumour I heard, sounds like tons of people arriving on Saturday the 8th. We don't want to go there too early cause it's likely we'll be stuck without full service.

What's everyone else doing in between?

I remember those days....just watch....move...and the personal effects eventually catch up to you.

I hope the dates fit your calendar next year....this year is going to be a monster. I am.on the parking team this year....should be fun.
Please tell the Mrs. Hello for us, maybe we'll catch you on the road sometime
