Great pics Bob. I need to take the grand kids to MarVal again this summer. They love the place. If they're not in the water, they're on the playgound.
Are you going to watch the outdoor movie tonight? I guess they still do that.

See ya next month at Natural Falls!

How 'bout some of you other M.O.K.A.T. FROGS? Might as well join in on the fun.

Hi Everyone!
We will proudly represent the “A” part of the M.O.K.A.T FROGS.
We reside in Mountain View, AR (“The Folk Music Capital of the World”) which is in the North Central Ozark region of Arkansas.
We recently downsized from a 38’ Winnebago Adventurer Class A to a Forest River Lexington 265GDSF Class B+ (technically some consider it a Class C because of it’s length).
We received it in April and have made two trips to Branson, MO. We stayed at both the ABC Campground and the Branson KOA – both excellent in our opinion.
We are contemplating the mini rally y’all have planned at Natural Falls, but we wouldn’t be able to go for the whole time. The earliest we could arrive would be Friday, leaving on Sunday.
Do you think it would work for us to be able to pick up a site just for the weekend?
Also we’re just starting to get use to the new rig, so would need a pull thru site, or lots of “HELP” backing into a site.
If this doesn’t work out we would look forward to another time we could join in….
Let us know what y’all think.

Also, just fyi – Mountain View is a GREAT RV destination especially during the spring and fall.
We have Folkfest in April when all the wild dogwoods are in bloom, and Beanfest in October when the fall leaves are turning. The OZARK FOLK CENTER (where they show how to make all kinds of crafts from old days – weaving, soap, blacksmithing, foot pedal lathe, etc.) is free during both those times. We also have Blanchard Springs Caverns, run by the Forest Service (where they have tours for all levels of explorers). And…..there is always free MUSIC on the square from bluegrass to gospel and everthing in between (dulcimer, banjo, guitar, harpsichord, fiddle, bass are just a few of the instruments played).

So if there is interest at any point in time, we could look into “group” RV rates and locations that could handle that many sites, at one time.

Hi folks.....There is nothing wrong at all with joining us for all or part of our outing. Just call the State Park and tell them your situation and when you will be able to join us. I'm sure thay will get you fixed up.

to the forum downsized.

Thanks for all the great info on Mountain View Arkansas. Looks like we'll need to check that out sometime. First post on the forum and already giving out useful info!

As far as the rally, Friday and Saturday would be just fine. I won't make it 'til Thursday and I'm still not sure if my wife can make it or not. Natural Falls does have some pull through sites. You just need to call and see what's available. It would be great to have you there.

Another NE OKLAHOMA FROG

Thanks Mellisa.....I just tried the link that is on the flyer and it worked for me. Maybe just call the park on Monday and get a spot reserved or go to Oklahoma State Parks and find a link to Natural Falls Park there. Any more help you need just holler.
Looking forward to seeing you and your new rig in July.
