Hey Jim,
How are things? Get in touch around the July / August time frame. If you are by chance going to Goshen this year for the FROG rally, looks us up then. We generally sit down and try to shore up BamaGanaza at that time.

When I spoke to the campground manager two weeks ago, while reserving my favorite spot A19 for next week, she said the end of July. I tried to convince her to let me reserve but no go, I'll hit her up again when I'm there next week.

Folks....please do not try to call direct to register until we open registration. All you will get for trying is a pleasant "no, registration is not open for BamaGanza yet"

We are coming back. Moving back this summer. So we want to be actively involved with the Bamaganza. Will watch for the registration. Going in March to pick of the Aviator from Goshen. They are a incredible company. Susan has been so good to us! Practically rebuilt the camper and not charging us a dime. WOW!

Just wanted to update everyone

Anne-Marie and I will be meeting with Kaila Fair next Friday. We are planning on maximizing the campground so that we can actually fill it up this year! (That would be 88 full hookup sites). In addition, if some want to attend and just have water/electricity, there will be a few sites that can accommodate that (the CG does have a sewer dump facility).

What I would like everyone to consider is your rig size this year - if you are in a RPod, do you really need that 70' pull-through?

After we return from our meeting, I will post a CG layout with the sizes of each site. Please try to match the site size to your rig when calling in your reservations...and THANKS in advance for that!

One of the big reasons we are meeting with Kaila is to explore the possibility of moving the RV display area over to the tent camping area. We believe that doing this will allow our 2 RV dealers to bring MORE units to display than they did last year! For you Class C owners out there, Johnston RV will most likely be bringing their new Sunseeker line in addition other units - notably the Riverstone, Forest River's brand new top of the line 5th wheel!

Finally, trying to gage interest here -- would you folks like to see the RV dealers have a small RV item store at the campground? What would you like to see?

A little RV store would be great, last year our water hose had a problem and we had to make a run to the store to buy a new one.
