Poll to determine the average age at Goshen
Ok, so while I was going through the thread on who's bringing kids, it got me curious about what the mean, average, etc ages would be for the people at Goshen. As I stated in the other thread, my DW is worried there's not going to be many around our age or our kids age.
So I'd like to run another poll, similar to the age vs length of trailer thread, to get some running stats about the ages of people who are going to Goshen. If I can get people to provide the ages of all who are attending, maybe we can learn something. Please provide age you (or your family) will be during Goshen.
To start us off:
DH (me): 38
DW: 39
DS: 4
DD: 3
Dog1: 10
Dog2: 1
Thanks all. Be interesting to see what comes from this.
PS. While I can punch all this into Excel, I know there are people out there who actually enjoy this kind of number crunching so let me know if you want to take over.

Ah, but the ages of your alien buddies only count if they're registered.

Lol this forum supports polling features.
Wouldn't that have been easier?

Only if I wanted to establish pre-determined buckets of age ranges. This way I can get a more accurate distribution.

49, 41, 21, 18, 17, 7 - I'll let you all decide who is who! Will probably leave the pack animals at home this time around.

I can remember when the Grand Canyon was just a ditch; Significant Other is 11 years younger, kids are grown, grand kids like to camp though

Well, so far it looks like DW is right. Ya'll are old.
Based on the 23 actual numbers provided so far, the distribution looks like:
Overall there's an average age of 39.09174
If I separate that into the two clusters shown in the distribution, the average ages become:
Upper range: 50.94438
Lower range: 12
Youngest person is 3 (my DD)
Oldest is 75 (Nuisance's DH)
Oh well, either way I'm sure we'll all have fun there. See you in Goshen.

It looks like a lot of folks don't want to give up their age information.
