I'm new to the forum, but hope to gain valuable info & share any I have. Does anyone know of any FROG Rallies in Michigan this summer or fall, & surely there must be MI chapters.

There really aren't any "chapters", per se. There are groups of people from certain states who are move active than others, and there are a few individuals (or sometimes 2 or 3 people get together) to host rallies in some states: Texas if very big, Alabama has had 3 and planning another "Bama-ganza" rally, there is one that is happening for the 3rd time this October in the Amana Colonies in Iowa.

Any Forest River FROG member is invited and welcome to attend any of these events anywhere in the country. In addition, FROG (Forest River "corporate" hosts several rallies around the country each year, and the "big one" - the FROG International rally, in Goshen, IN each August.
