Road From North to Rally

We are coming to the rally from Ontario.
We have come into Northern IN buy this way in the past.
South on I69 to Coldwater then West on M12 to M103 to Elkhart.

To go to rally would M131S to IN 13S to IN4W Goshen.
Then I will let Garmin take me to the campground.
Are any of those roads under construction?

There's a paving project on IN 13, just on the north edge of Middlebury, about 3 miles south of the toll road. There's only about 1/4 mile left to do, so I don't expect the backups to be a big deal. From there, all of 13 is newly paved.

Since you don't have a final leg of the trip selected, here's what I'd do:

Once you turn right on CR4 (Phillip Warner Highway), go about 1.5 miles west to the flashing light and stop sign at CR35. Turn left on CR35 and go a little over a mile to the first stop sign at CR34. Turn right on CR34 for about 3.5 miles, and the fairgrounds are on your left.

See you there!
