Hi everyone,
I am going to devise a form for each of you to fill out. The form will ask for the names of everyone in your group, email address, phone number, home address, type and make of RV model, forum name, and anything else I can think to include. If you want to cancel for any reason, you will need to let me know. Once you have your RV site reserved at Williston Crossing (which will not happen until May, at the earliest) you will need to cancel through me. That way I can go to our waiting list and ask the next person if they still want to attend. We can then give the RV site of the person cancelling to the person on the wait list. A bit different this time, but I think it will help decrease the confusion and folks cancelling through the RV resort. We had a number this time that did not let me know they were cancelling.

I will let everyone know when they can make their reservations with the resort, which will be some time in May. They request we wait until then because they are busy with seasonal campers. They give me the go ahead and then I will let those who gave pre-registered know.

If anybody wants to camp next to somebody else, when registration opens, have information such as billing available for both parties and the campground will make every attempt to put you next to each other.
Bear in mind that each year williston crossing gets more sites rented permanently and it gets more difficult to group us all close together
