Sept 28 - Oct 1 2017 - Florida FROG Rally

It's time to start planning for the third annual Florida FROG Rally. We will be meeting Thursday, September 28 through Sunday, October 1, 2017 at Williston Crossings RV Resort in Williston, Florida. The planning committee will soon start planning fun activities. Please DO NOT call to reserve your site yet. Registration will start sometime in May. This is their busy season, as you can well imagine, and they still have a lot of seasonal residents to tend to. Please send me a PM if you are interested in serving on the planning committee.

I have not seen any interest in the Florida rally that is planned for September. Please let me know if you are interested. We will have to cancel if no one responds.

Thank for replying. We will give it some more time to see how many are interested. I emailed the planning committee the other day, but have not heard back from anyone.

I sent it out two or three days ago. Please let me know if you did not receive it. Maybe there was an issue I am unaware of, because I have not heard back from anyone.

Hi Cheryl,

George and I have got the dates on our calendar and plan to attend. Sure hope you get more responses, we really enjoyed last year. The facilities there are spectacular too.We would be glad to help at the Rally when we get there, just let us know.

We are camping at Jetty Park this weekend and happened to run into Chester and Louise Skupenski.

Chester is also interested in attending the Williston rally. He is not going to be home (back to his computer) for another week and asked me to contact you on his behalf.

Looking forward to Williston, just let me know when I can register.

We will move forward with plans. Hopefully some folks will step forward and help plan the rally. Planning does not take much timeif you divide the tasks.

Jill and I are willing to do anything at the rally to make your life easier.

We are planning on coming in a day early, so if there is anything we can do that day let me know.

Again, let us all know when we can call Williston to register.

I got it. Also replied to the email with some suggestions.

Really looking forward to another fun rally. As long as people respond to the thread it will stay up top and be seen.

Thank you for letting me know. I still need to contact Williston Crossings. I have been out of town and then was swamped today at work. I will try to contact them tomorrow.

Watch this thread. There is a good rumor that registration MAY open today.

Please do not call the Williston Crossings until you get notified. Yesterday their registration computers were down. Once Sheryl has everything approved she will post it on here.

There will be a breakfast on Friday morning. Was thinking a pot luck would be fun but we are also doing a pot luck dinner on Friday.

If you think 2 pot lucks is too much for one day we can get volunteers to cook pancakes, etc. Thoughts????

I spoke with them at Williston Crossings this afternoon, but they still have not had time to input the information into their computer system. I will let you know once they have released the sites. Hang in there for another day or two!
