Tad-pole ga. Frog rally

Hello fellow FROG's, hope all our happy and getting excited over all the up-coming events planned for this spring and summer. With the GA. TAD-POLE FROG approaching, John and I met today to finalize our plans for this event.
In order to satisfy our time line for the catering, we need to have everyone signed up by the 15th of March. That way, we will know who and how many are planning on attending.

Our host at Jim Miller Park here in Marietta, GA. has confirmed our campsites at $15.00 per night, lights, sewer and water included, no Cable TV, town is close enough to get reception. Also, the park deals in either check, cash or money order. Make your reservations now and pay when you arrive at the park on your arrival.
If you are driving I-75 North or South, get off at the Clay Street Exit, believe it is 257. Go west to Powder Springs Road, turn south, go to Callaway Road, turn left, entrance to Jim Miller Park, entrance will be marked accordingly:
Call George Davis are his staff and just tell them you are a FROG, they will assign you a site on the phone.
Any questions, just email us, glad to help you out.
We have lots of local activities available for everyone's wants and desires.

270ret

So, how are things with the 270? We have yet to un-cover ours as we have been tied down on the sale of the house and the two garage sales we have had thus far, may be the last if I have anything to do with it. Hopefully we can get the remaining stuff either stored and donated to those who really need it: Good to hear from you:

Jim Miller sites

Sites 1 thru 15 have been set aside for Rally members, with 5 more in reserve. All sites are 50-30-20 power with full hook up. ( no cable ). And all sites are lake side.

Tad-Pole

Sorry you can not make it, sure we will do it again, have you given any thought of attending the Goshen Rally in August, we did last year and had a wonderful time, met lots of great fellow campers, all Forest River folks. We are going to try and make it back this year, trip to Alaska will take some time:
Blessings,

Extras

We are purchasing those before hand and then asking everyone for a $5.00 donation to cover, ice, cups, drinks and utensils. Think that should be fine.
Thanks for asking..kick

Sire numbers are not assigned, you are given next site reserved. Site #1 then thru #15, on a first come, first serve basis. One thing I have not seen in any notes is the one time $5.00 per rig charge for flat ware, glasses, cups, napkins, ice, etc, that will used at rally. We believe the costs are small, but should cover the costs of these items. Has everyone sent their RSVP to Randy? This head count is very important. Thanks, jtcotter

I've not, but because I'm not 100% I'll be able to yet. Looks better with each day especially since I got good news from the tax man yesterday.

Meals

As described on our recent Flyer, we have announced the plans for a Pot Luck Meal on Saturday, that usually gets everyone acquainted on a first name basis. What was not announced and is still under consideration was to have a Sit Down Catered Breakfast on Sunday Morning. This is usually taken care of by Forest River thru Bob Byrnes. This is still in the works and we need to know a good Head Count to put this together. That is why it is so important to make your plans known very soon so we can give the Catering Service amble time to get this put together:
Thanks fellow Tad-Poles
