Thanks everybody,yes we celebrated with a "Liver Cook" in the Shop,Joyce "Draws the Line" on the Smell of it cooking in the House!  Lots of "Liver Lovers" came! Witch Doctors "Lear" was down so he had to stay Home,but the guys sent him Pics!  Youroo!!

This huge batch was Beef,I can't imagine eating Liver alone,that "Just Ain't Rite"! The largest Liver Cook I ever did was 127 people!  Youroo!!

"Sto lat" is a traditional Polish song that is sung to express good wishes, good health and long life to a person. It is also a common way of wishing someone a happy birthday in Polish. The song's author and exact origin are unattributed.

I'm planning on being there, as long as my trailer and truck don't go walk about. I'm heading out on a cruise and the spot that we picked to store the trailer while we are out has turned out to be a little less than well protected... There is a car parked in the lot that doesn't have any tires.
You won't have to do any translations - I'm third generation and my folks only spoke Polish to keep us kids in the dark.

You know that must be a Polish thing, my parents did the exact same thing, they really didn't want the kids speaking it, they wanted us only to speak the English-language. I still try to cook and celebrate holidays with my old tradition, but like anything else that is also going out the door to. Hope your trailer is okay and you make it, bring boots looks like another wet one.

That's why you love to cook them big family meals on that bar-be of yours, and enjoy them smoked meats. I think that was the way or custom for all of us growing up, you speak English your not in Poland, I can here my Mother saying that now, Happy Easter
