Any of my other RV group rally's we do this.
If you don't have enough people to help you actually start designating people to do their part.
Everyone should know to make it fun for all if to pitch in and help no matter what you do.

This way the folks will learn for future rally's. It works for me.

I'm sure everyone here that is coming will give you 100% in doing their part. Greg and Yoon know how to do it.
