:Grumble: these are a GREAT Concept and rock ... but I have very close tolerances in our dual axels. I had to seriously mod our Andersen's and now they almost do not level us on a severe angle because of the mod...not a poor design, just unlucky me having clearance issues
They are fully "up" in this pict and we are still not completely level on this concrete pad. IMHO it would suck to use these on a gravel pad

Almost bought one last year, but I am glad I didn't, had a blow out in Alabama and had to drive to the nearest rest stop to change to the spare. Next stop Tennessee had to buy 4 new tires and another rim. Why buy 1 new tire (and have another blow out) then come home and buy 4 new ones? then the tongue jack went out had to replace it. All in all a great trip. BUT more money then we had allotted for.
But great trips are worth repeating and we will (minus the extra expense we hope).

I may recruit Glenn Jurczyk for a salesman and send him some awning pole attaching kits. How about that Glenn? Want a part time temporary job?

I convinced her to at least wait until Goshen because "I hear dem prices be gut and cheap dere at the rally." This way, I'll at least get a chance to see how much of a difference the second anti sway bar makes. (I'm assuming a lot)

Have you looked into ProPride Hitches?

Me too, I spent the money, I have only been able to use them 1 time and they just kept sinking in the ground, the other thing is that it will not fit between my wheels, I cut 1.5 inches off of 1 and they still do not fit.

I wanted extra keys and I had to order the door lock keys from Bauer, and the cargo keys from Trimark directly. It was pretty simple, but rather pricey.

Sye, I'm glad that you and BamaBob posted about the Anderson Levelers. I was going to order some soon, but I probably won't now. I'll stick with the Lego blocks.

Any body know if we are having the garage sale at the rally. I have brand new Anderson Levelers that arrived after last years rally still in the box and a set of X-chocks that were used last year that I might be looking to sell. Traded the TT for a class A and they don't work for it. Might have a few other things to.

I may have good news for you then - here is a copy of my email from Andersen:
From customerservice@anderseninc.com
Sending the 2 Camper Levelers to you under warranty today. You are a 4 business day transit with UPS so early next week they should arrive.
We are currently not working on modifying the Camper Leveler to fit but it is something we need to focus on in order to capture the market share even more than we have. One thing we have heard is some people not trimming the front of the leveler and actually taking the back edge of the Camper Leveler and cutting at an angle removing from the bottom a portion of the 'pad' of the leveler and angling up to the wheel surface area.
If we hear some definitive answers on a good option that will work for you I will keep you posted.
So maybe if more and more folks write them and complain they will be further motivated to "focus on in order to capture the market share even more than we have"
As for sinking in the ground, do you think a couple of lego block put behind the Andersens would help?

I am getting a new set from Andersen, and I sat at the knee of Modus Stupendus OC and here is what he said:
If you put a tri square on the straight side and mark within 1/4" of the big round hole and mark it. That's where I cut mine on the table saw.
So I will be giving THAT a try when the new ones come in...
