Probably because your post was about politics and religion which is taboo on this forum.

Their law was about politics and religion, and my post was how it affects me. You must think that sticking your head in the sand and ignoring it will make it go away.
Wonder how many rv'ers of the "wrong sort" would consider it taboo!!!
Oh, if this one is removed, I'll be outta here. Don't want to be where opinions are not wanted> Kinda like that law!!!

Those two topics as well as guns are not allowed because they are what's referred to as "emotional" topics.
Many sites do not allow them and if you read the TOS agreement they may be listed.
Does not make it right but it is the way they run sites.

Many many years on an RV forum that predates FRF by many years, there were no limitations on subject matter. Religion, politics, gun control, and abortion were hot topics and folks from both sides could get real snarky and personal at times causing hard feelings among many members. These hard feelings would spill over into threads about RVing. It became almost useless trying to get information on that forum. Fortunately the moderators finally saw the light and banned those subjects. That forum is now my second favorite RV forum behind this forum.
This forum is about RVing not those other subjects. There are plenty of other forums out there on the Internet dedicated to those subjects were you can vent your frustrations.
I completely understand your feelings grumpy0374 but let's try to keep this forum free from the "hot button" issues.

Grumpy, this is an RV site. Let's keep it to RVing. I found out how sensitive people could be when I said "Thank the good noodle" on another forum. There are other forums out there to talk about religions, guns, and politics. Happy Camping.

Technically this one SHOULD be removed as it *also* runs afoul of the Community Rules which are accessible at the bottom of every page of the FRF a website. Specifically, the rule you're now in violation of is the "don't question moderator actions in public". You're supposed to private message (PM) a moderator directly for these types of inquiries. My favorite jerk-face is wmtire.
